ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 3rd respondent herein to release the petitioner's sale deed in Document No.1435/2024 dated 03.06.2024 based on his representation dated 12.07.2024.

2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.07.2024 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
