ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the renovation works being adopted are not in accordance with the directives issued by the Division Bench of this Court in the case of the Director, Archaeological Survey of India, New Delhi and others in Suo Motu W.P.No.574 of 2015 and W.P.(MD).No.24178 of 2018 dated 07.06.2021.

2. The relief as such sought for cannot be entertained, since, to execute an order of the Division Bench, fresh Writ Petition is not maintainable. However, the learned Government Pleader would submit that renovation works are in progress. That being so, it is for the authorities to proceed with the same and conclude in accordance with law.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
