Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 4 & 5 to consider the claim of the petitioner dated 01.02.2016 and to pay and make good a sum of Rs.2 93 191.00 incurred by the petitioner towards the medical expenses for her husbands treatment in Franklin Hospital Orthopaedic & Accident Care Centre, Parvathipuram from 21.12.2015 to 10.01.2016.

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus,directing the respondents 4 and 5 to consider tha claim of the petitioner dated 01.02.2016 and to pay a sum of Rs.2,93,191/- incurred by the petitioner towards the medical expenses for her husband's treatment in Franklin Hospital Orthopaedic & Accident Care Centre, Parvathipuram from 21.12.2015 to 10.01.2016.

2.The learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents . By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner dated 19.07.2016 and 25.07.2016 are disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, respondents 4 and 5 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 19.07.2016 and 25.07.2016 on merits and in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders in the light of the recommendation of the District Level Empowered Committee dated 18.08.2016 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
