CRL MP(MD)No.9449 OF 2022 These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.(MD) Nos.6781 and 6782 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.9729 and 9765 of 2022 on 22.06.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD) Nos.6781 and 6782 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.9729 and 9765 of 2022 on 22.06.2022 is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on the 1st working day of every English Calender month at about 10.30 am., until further orders. sd/- 16/08/2022 / TRUE COPY / /08/2022 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
