This petition has been filed seeking quashment of proceedings in C.C.No. 10 of 2020 on the file of the Additional Mahila Magistrate Court,

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the case in C.C.No.10 of 2020 on the file of the Additional Mahila Magistrate Court, Ramanathapuram, has been ended in acquittal and nothing survives in this petition. Hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioners in this petition become infructuous.
