ORDER

This petition has been filed to transfer the Investigation of the above case in Crime No. 109 of 2022 from the file of the R3 Police to CBCID/R4 for further investigation and to file a Final Report before the concerned court within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that after completing the investigation, final report was filed before the concerned Court. Now it was committed to the District Court, Ramanathapuram and pending in S.C.No.125 of 2023. Hence, the matter become infructuous. 3.In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), nothing survives for further consideration in this matter.
