ORDER

This Transfer CMP has been filed to withdraw the case in

HMOP.No.510 of 2022 on the file of the Family Court, Nagercoil at Kanyakumari and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Sivagangai to be tried along with HMOP.No.53 of 2022 on the file of the Family Court, Sivagangai.

2. Notice taken out through Court as well as privately to the respondent has been acknowledged by some other person viz., Meenakasi. Despite the service of notice no one has appeared on behalf of the respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also considering the convenience of petitioner / wife, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this Transfer CMP is allowed and the HMOP.No.510 of 2022 pending on the file of the Family Court, Nagercoil at Kanyakumari is hereby withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Sivagangai to be tried along with HMOP.No.53 of 2022 pending on the file of the Family Court, Sivagangai. The the Family

Court, Nagercoil at Kanyakumari is directed to transmit the papers to the transferee Court forthwith. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
