ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The writ petition has been instituted to direct the respondents to mill/scrape the existing road layer before re-laying the road in the locality.
2. It is needless to state that the Government Policy on laying road is to be scrupulously followed by the authorities. The scheme whatever applicable to the particular area is to be adopted strictly and in the event of any violation on further financial irregularities, the authorities must be held liable. Therefore, the grievances of the writ petitioner may be looked into in the context of the policy of the Government and all appropriate actions shall be taken.

3. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
