O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.1561 of 2020, on the file of the first respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation has been completed and the final report has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai, on 30.04.2021, itself.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this petitioner recently completed Law Graduate and because of the pendency of the criminal case, he is not in a position to enroll himself.

4. But, since the final report has been filed, he has to work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings. However, there shall be a direction to the Judicial Magistrate VI, Madurai, to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP (MD) No. 14653 of 2021 process the final report as per Rules. Liberty is granted to the petitioner, if he aggrieved by the contents of the final report through appropriate proceedings. After completing the process, compliance report shall be submitted to the Registry.

5. With the above said direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
