This petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent not to interfere with civil dispute based on the petitioner's representation dated 15.09.2021.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that in this case, enquiry was undertaken and thereafter, issue has been resolved between the parties and now there is no dispute between the petitioner and the second respondent herein.
