PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.691 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who was arrested on 16.06.2022 for the alleged offence under Sections 419, 465, 467, 468 and 471 IPC, in Crime No.691 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that on 16.06.2022 , when the accused attempted to register the General Power of Attorney deed executed by the A1 in favour of A2 by forging the Aadhar Card of on jaya Papli, on Suspicion they were caught by the defacto complainant, who is the Sub Registrar, K.Sathanur, Tiruchirappalli and on the basis of the complaint given by the defacto complainant, the case was registered against the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) the co-accused have already been arrested and remanded to judicial custody and the investigation of the case is pending.

CRL OP(MD). No.14437 of 2022 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the period of incarceration, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with stringent conditions. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thiruchirappalli, and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 11/08/2022 / TRUE COPY / 11/08/2022 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
