Respondents in all W.Ps., COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to remove the petitioners' names from the History Sheet List in H.S.Nos.276, 275, 273, 274 and 272 of 2021 maintained by the 2nd respondent by considering the petitioners' representations dated 13.09.2021 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

2.It appears that except the case in Crime No.363 of 2021, no other case has been registered against this petitioners and the History Sheets in H.S.Nos.276, 275, 273, 274 and 272 of 2021 have been opened against them by the 2nd respondent herein. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
3.The grievance of the petitioners is that they are only the college students and the case has been falsely registered against them.
4.Whatever may be the merits of the case, it appears that there is no progress has been upon the petitioners' representations dated 13.09.2021. Considering the limited request that has been made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent herein to consider the petitioners' representations dated 13.09.2021 on merits and pass appropriate orders within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After disposing of the same on merits, compliance report must be submitted to the Registry. 5.With the aforesaid direction, all these petitions are disposed of. No costs.
