2. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that basing on a complaint given by the third respondent, the police have registered a case in Crime No.120 of 2022 for the offence under Section 420 of I.P.C. and the same is under investigation.

3. Since the complaint has been taken cognizance by the police and a criminal case has already been registered, no order need to be passed in this petition.
