The petitioner seeks for a mandamus to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.12.2016 and to direct the second respondent to provide security for the aforesaid survey of land.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Needless to say that it is for the first respondent to consider the said representation after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the rival claimants, if any and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

4. Therefore, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.12.2016 after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the rival claimants on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
