Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.17274 of 2021 dated 21.04.2023, the Contempt Petition has been filed.

2.When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General submitted that the respondent has passed an order dated 05.07.2023. Hence, the order of this Court is complied with.
