JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by N.Seshasayee, J.) This writ appeal has been filed by the appellant challenging the order of a learned Single Judge, dated 09.08.2019 made in W.P(MD)No.17120 of 2019.

2. The controversy involved in this case relates to a challenge to an order of a learned Single Judge cancelling the award of 'Kalaimamani' on the writ appellant. That writ petition came to be ordered without the appellant in the party array. This order of the learned Single Judge was challenged by the appellant on obtaining leave of this Court.

3. The learned counsel for the appellant makes a statement on instructions that the appellant has since been awarded 'Kalaimamani' award in the year 2020 and the same is now recorded.

4. In view of the same, nothing survives for consideration. Hence, this writ appeal is closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
