2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying the condition regularly and investigation has been completed.
4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.20675 of 2021 is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summons.
