O R D E R

The writ petition is filed for a mandamus directing the respondents to register the petitioner's settlement deeds presented for registration vide TP/260863114/2026, dated 23.03.2026.

2. The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that, eventhough the document was presented, the same has been kept pending without any reason, and therefore the petitioner is before this Court.

3. The learned Government Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that, eventhough a token was generated, the actual presentation of the document was not made.

4. Instead of adjudicating upon the truth or otherwise of the statements made on either side, the grievance of the petitioner can be resolved by passing the following order:

i. The petitioner shall present the document for 2/4

registration on 06.07.2026 at 10.30 a.m.

ii. Upon such representation, the same shall be taken on file and due orders in writing shall be passed.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
