ORDER:- This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption of "Extension of Time" and upon perusing earlier order of this court dated 16/08/2023 and the requisition letter submitted by the Special District Judge, No.1 (MCOP), Judge (FAC), Family Court, Tiruchirapalli,vide letter in D.No.836/2023, dated 23/11/2023, this Court made the following order:

This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time for lower court'.

2. By an order dated 16.08.2023, this Court directed the Court to dispose of the case in HMOP.No.123 of 2023 within a period of three months from the date of transmit of the entire records to the transferee Court.

3. The Court has now submitted a letter in D.No.836 dated 23.11.2023 with a request of six months time to comply with the order of this Court dated 16.08.2023 made in Tr.CMP(MD)No.392 of 2023.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons given, the time is extended by six months to comply with the order dated 16.08.2023, without any further delay.
