This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.79 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent as against the petitioner alone.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent has represented that matter has been investigated and closure report also filed on 27.03.2022 before the trial Court.

3.Recording the above said submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
