To set aside the impugned order dated 12.01.2017 passed in I.A.No.882 of 2016 in O.S.No.231 of 2015 by the Principal Subordinate Judge, Madurai allow this revision. ORDER : The petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 07.09.2019 and the requisition letter of the 6th Additional Sessions Judge, Madurai, vide letter in D.No. 630/2021, dated 01/12/2021 of Mr.R.A.MOHANRAM, Advocate for the petitioner, this court made the following order: It is informed by the learned 6th Additional Sessions Judge, Madurai, vide communication dated 01.12.2021, that the main suit has been disposed of by a common judgment dated 07.09.2019. Therefore, nothing survives for further consideration in the above Civil Miscellaneous Petition and accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous.
