The relief sought for in the writ petition is to direct the 3rd respondent to remove the encroachment committed by the 4th respondent in the land bearing S.No.433/3 to an extent of 1.15 Ares situated at West Street, Silvarpatti Panchayat, Periyakulam Taluk, Theni District, considering the petitioner's representation dated 15.04.2019.
