ORDER
Heard the learned Senior Counsel on either side. 2.I indicated that since the impugned order is appealable, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that she can be allowed to avail the appeal remedy.
3.Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The Registry shall return the certified copy of the orders filed by the revision petitioner. It is stated that Civil Miscellaneous Appeal questioning the impugned order will be filed before the first appellate Court this week itself. The first appellate Court shall number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal immediately. The respondents undertake to appear before the first appellate Court on 13.08.2024 and get along with the enquiry. Civil Miscellaneous Appeal itself shall be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law on or before 27.08.2024. 2/4
4.This Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
