ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner without following due process of law under the garb of conducting inquiry in connection with FIR in Crime No.621/2021.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that there is no complaint pending against the petitioner. In spite of that, the second respondent harassed the petitioner. Hence this petition has been filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that there is no complaint is pending against the petitioner. But, the petitioner's brother involved in Narcotic offence. Hence the petitioner was called for enquiry and there is no harassment as alleged by the petitioner. 2/4

4.Recording the same, this criminal original petition stands closed with a direction to the second respondent to conduct enquiry without harassing the petitioner.
