Prayer in C.R.P(MD) SR.No.44876 of 2016:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 25 of Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 1961, to set aside the fair and decreetal passed in R.C.A.No.9 of 2014 on the file of the learned Rent Control Appellate Authority/Subordinate Court, Pudukottai, dated 01.09.2016 reversing the fair order and decreetal order passed in R.C.O.P.No.7 of 2011 on the file of the learned Rent Controller/District Munsif, Pudukottai, dated 24.03.2014 and allow this Civil Revision.

ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 29 days in filing the Civil Revision Petition in C.R.P(MD) SR.No.44876 of 2016.

2. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he was not able to contact his client to get instruction and therefore there would be no useful purpose in keeping this matter pending. The above Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

3. In view of the order passed in CMP(MD)No.2825 of 2018, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

C.M.P(MD)No.2825 of 2018 connected C.R.P.(MD)SR.No.44876 of 2016 is rejected at the SR stage itself. No costs.
