PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabhapuram, Kanyakumari District to expedite the trial and complete the proceedings in C.C.No.321 of 2006 within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to expedite the trial in C.C.No.321 of 2006 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabhapuram, Kanyakumari District and dispose of the same.

2. The Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the case is at the stage of examination of witnesses.

3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabhapuram, Kanyakumari District to dispose the case pending in C.C.No.321 of 2006 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
