ORDER:- Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming upon for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.Vishnu, Advocate for the Petitioner, this Court made the following order: This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to modify the condition that the petitioner shall deposit the original Registration Certificate of the vehicle before the Principal Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram, in Cr.RC(MD)No.351 of 2020, dated 01.06.2020.
