PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No23830/2019/G1 dated 11.09.2021 and consequential order of the 4th respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.3292/2021/E3 dated 20.09.2021 in serial No.2 and quash the same as illegal on the part of 6th respondent concern and consequently direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's objection dated 20.09.2021 and pass appropriate orders within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.
