This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the contemnors/respondents for their deliberate and willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 04.01.2024 in W.P.(MD)No.16001 of 2023.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the contempt petitioner. The learned counsel for the contemnors submitted that, due to the dispute between the petitioner and the second wife of her husband, the contemnors are unable to comply with the order passed by this Court.
