O R D E R

Since the petitioner was successful empaneled candidate and his request for allotment of dealership of HPCL retail outlet was kept pending before the respondent herein, the present writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to allot the dealership in his favour.

2.The respondent herein has filed a counter affidavit dated 06.07.2017, in which, the reason assigned for not allotting the dealership outlet is that her W.P(MD).No.11878 of 2010 was pending. 3.It is now submitted by the respondent's counsel that the writ petition came to be disposed of on 18.01.2013. As such there cannot be any impediment on the part of the respondent herein to allot the dealership out let in favour of the petitioner, since the petitioner is a successful empaneled candidate and which aspect is not disputed.

https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.In the result, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the respondent herein through a written representation seeking for

allotment of dealership of HPCL retail outlet (Petrol Pump) Karungal in Kanyakumari District. On receipt of such representation, the respondent herein shall consider the same, in the light of the above observation, and pass favourable orders, subject to satisfaction of the other requirements, if any. Such an exercise of disposing the representation shall be completed within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.

With the above observation, the Writ Petition stands allowed. No costs.
