This petition has been filed seeking direction to the third respondent to issue patta in the petitioner's name.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3. According to the petitioner, she has purchased the property in T.S.No.57, Kamarajar Nagar, Thuraiyur Town, Thuraiyur on 16.11.2006. Thereafter, she put up a construction and also she is paying all the necessary taxes. She filed an application before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
W.P.(MD)No.17920 of 2019 third respondent seeking patta in her name. But it was not considered. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition.
4. Considering the fact that the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.07.2019 is pending, the third respondent is directed to consider the said representation and pass suitable orders on the same on merits after issuing notice to the petitioner and the rival parties, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
