This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to pay Rs.4,00,000/- as loan from the petitioner's provident fund account No.14049 for the petitioner's son's marriage expenses, which was held on 24.02.2021 based on the petitioner's representation, dated 08.06.2021, within a stipulated time frame, as may be fixed by this Court.

2.Heard Mr.A.Mu.Sharavanan, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.J.Senthil Kumariah, learned Counsel for the respondents. 3.Though the Writ Petition is filed to give a positive direction to the respondents, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner now states that the petitioner will be satisfied, if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 08.06.2021. The petitioner's representation is for permitting the petitioner to avail a loan to the tune of Rs.4,00,000/- to meet the marriage expenses of petitioner's son. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.17622 of 2021 4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer that is now sought before this Court, without expressing any merits on the petitioner's representation, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 08.06.2021 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
