ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that a monthly maintenance which is sought for in this writ petition is being paid. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

2. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
