The petitioner seeks for a mandamus to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.10.2016 and grand patta in Survey Nos.303/1A1, 2A, 3A, 303/1B2, 2B, 3B in Iravimangalam, Thiruvegambatore (Village) & (Post) Devakottai Taluk Sivagangai District.

3. Needless to say that it is for the second and third respondents to consider the said representation after giving

opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the rival claimants, if any and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

Therefore, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, the second and third respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.10.2016 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
