: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents to issue necessary direction to the fourth respondent to surrender the post of Company Secretary which is against the provisions under Section 203 and 203 (5) of the Companies Act, 2013 and consequently direct the first and second respondents to convene a Board meeting as per Section 203(4) of the Companies Act, 2013 to appoint the petitioner as Company Secretary in the Respondent's Corporation based on his representation dated 27.11.2016.
