2.Under instructions, the learned Government Advocate would submit that on 17.10.2019, General Body Meeting of the Society was convened, the factum of the same was intimated by the Joint Director/Managing Director in his letter dated 31.10.2019. 3.The learned Government Advocate would also produce the administration and audit report in proof the same. Hence, in this Writ Petition nothing survives for further adjudication. 4.Recording the said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
