Employee's Contributions, Rs.2,25,643/- towards Leave Salary, Rs.50000/- towards Social Security Scheme benefit and Rs.5000/- towards Refundable Deposits, together with 18% interest per annum, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

The petitioner's husband was employed as Special Grade Conductor in the respondent corporation and he died while in service. His wife/petitioner herein made a representation dated 08.12.2016 to the respondent seeking disbursement of the retirement and pensionary benefits payable to her husband. As the said representation has not been considered, this writ petition has been filed, for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to pay the petitioner the benefits payable for the services of her husband/deceased employee O.Kilukku Raja Staff No.CR61260 namely, Rs.6,57,134/- towards Gratuity, Rs.4,19,027/- towards E.P.F. Employee's Contributions, Rs.2,25,643/- towards Leave Salary, Rs.50,000/- towards Social Security Scheme benefit and Rs.5000/- towards Refundable Deposits, together with 18% interest per annum, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2.Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent would dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 08.12.2016 within a time frame.

3.Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.12.2016, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
