ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to interfere into civil dispute and thereby not to harass the petitioner based on the false complaint of the respondents 4, 5 and 6.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that 2 FIRs came to be registered in Crime No.126 of 2024 for the offences under Sections 191(2), 296(b), 115 and 351(2) BNS and Crime No.127 of 2024 for the offences under Sections 191(2), 296(b), 115, 133 and 351(2) BNS and investigation is pending and that the petitioner is not an accused.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the third respondent at the instance of the private respondents is threatening the petitioner to give his consent for erecting name board in the community hall, which was constructed long back. But the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that they have not registered any FIR or CSR against the petitioner and never summoned the petitioner for enquiry.
