ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.CHANDRASEKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- There shall be an order of Stay on condition that the petitioner/appellant shall deposit 50 % of the award amount with proportionate interests and costs, awarded in M.C.O.P.No.341 of 2017, on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal cum Principal Sub Judge, Tenkasi, within a period of four weeks from the date of this order, after deducting the amount already deposited by him, to the credit of M.C.O.P.No.341 of 2017, on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal cum Principal Sub Judge, Tenkasi, failing which, stay granted shall stand automatically dismissed. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
