ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner's request for issuance of patta was rejected by the Tahsildar, Ramanathapuram. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner preferred a revision before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Ramanathapuram. The Revenue Divisional Officer, Ramanathapuram issued memorandum dated 16.05.2022 calling upon the second respondent to submit his detailed report. Contending that the second respondent is delaying the matter, this Writ Petition has been filed.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the second respondent has already submitted a report as sought for by the first respondent today.

4. Recording the said development, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
