ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) Considering the fact that the order of the learned Single Judge declining to grant anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P(MD)No.21211 of 2024 has been set aside by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP(C)No.745/2025 by order dated 28.02.2025 and further the petitioner herein was also not arrayed as a party in the contempt petition wherein, certain obervations are made, we are of the view that it is a fit case where leave has to be granted.
2. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
