PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents particularly the 3rd and 4th respondents from laying the road in the petitioners property situates at Trichy District, Manapparai Sub Register Office, Sevalur Village in Survey No.489/2A with an extent of 5 cents house site. 1/4
