The petitioner has approached this court for a direction to the respondent police to take action on the petitioner's complaint. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has lodged a complaint as against the Inspector of Police of Vilampatti Police Station, Nilakottai Taluk and has filed this petition to register her complaint.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that considering the allegation as against the Inspector of Police, the 2nd respondent has taken the investigation from the file of the 3rd respondent police station and has issued summon for the appearance of the petitioner on 01.07.2025. Depending upon the enquiry further course of action would be taken. 2/4
