The petitioner seeks for a mandamus to direct the respondents to survey and measure the meets and bounds of the Survey No.305/2C on the basis of representation of the petitioner dated 18.10.2016.
2. Heard both sides.
3. Needless to say that it is for the respondents to consider the said representation after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the rival claimants, if any and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.
4. Therefore, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.10.2016 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
