ORDER

This revision petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed in E.A.No.2 of 2019 in E.P.No.6 of 2017 in O.S.No.1 of 2012 dated 28.10.2020 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Padmanabapuram.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is submitted that the property was already sold and now the entire property is attached by the Economical Offence Wing, Madurai; The matter has become infructuous. Therefore, he seeks permission to lodge fresh complaint. 3.No liberty can be given by this Court, in this regard. The petitioner can work on his remedy as per law. 3.Recording the above said submission, this civil revision petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
