(Order of the Court was made by V.BHARATHIDASAN, J.) Alleging that the petitioner's wife by name Pavithra, aged about 21 years, was found missing, the petitioner has given a complaint before the second respondent police. But, so far no action has been taken by the second respondent to secure the detenue. Hence, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.S.Ravi, learned Additional Publice Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the second respondent police secured the detenue and produced before this Court.

H.C.P(MD)No.1449 of 2021 3.On enquiry, the detenue submitted that since she is not interested to live with her husband, hence, she left the petitioner and went to her friend's home at Chennai and now she wants to go to her parental house and she is not willing to go with the petitioner. 4.In the light of the above statement, we are of the opinion that no further adjudication is required in this Habeas Corpus Petition and accordingly, the same stands closed.
