ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Principal Sub Court, Lalgudi to dispose the case in H.M.O.P.No.142 of 2024 within the time limit as fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner herein filed a case in H.M.O.P.No.142 of 2024 before the Principal Sub Court, Lalgudi, against the respondent herein. 1/3

3. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue a direction to the Principal Sub Court to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.142 of 2024 within a reasonable time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the considered opinion that without going into the merits of the case, it would be suffice to issue a direction to the Principal Sub Court, Lalgudi, to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.142 of 2024, as expeditiously as possible as per seniority of the case.
