ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the sole accused in Crime No.718 of 2025, on the file of the first respondent police seeking to quash the FIR wherein he is alleged to have committed offences under Sections 296(b) and 351(3) of BNS, 2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that a referred charge sheet has been filed on 09.03.2026 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukudi.

3. In view of the above said facts, no further orders are called for.
