It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that on a complaint given by the petitioner, the second respondent police have registered a case against the accused for the offences under Sections 417, 418 and 420 of I.P.C. It is submitted that both accused have obtained anticipatory bail from this Court. It is submitted by learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that after taking instructions from the concerned police as reported that investigation is completed within eight weeks. The same is recorded.
