ORDER : The Court made the following order : The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 420 and 506(i) IPC in Crime No.1035 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing it is reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that it is a chit transaction and the matter has been settled between the parties. 3.Recording the above submission that the matter has been settled between the parties, this petition stands closed. The investigation agency shall proceed further in accordance with law by considering the above said developments.
